Open Question: Can I return my iPod Touch 3G to get the new iPod Touch 4G?

Hi, Well I got my iPod Touch 3G yesterday (Labor Day 2010). They said if i wanted the warranty that costed about $70.00 i said no. The receipt says "Exchange and Return Period 14 days for desktop and notebook computers,moniters,projectors,camcorders,digital cameras, and radar detectors.* 30 days for all other products.* 45days for all products for Reward Zone program Premier Silver members. I have everything that i need that came with the iPod Touch 3G. My mom bought it for me but she is at Seattle and im in Nebraska so if my dad takes me can i return it.So please answer Thank you much appreciated!... Read More »
